Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

SABI TECH provides professional software development services, technical consultation, and digital solutions. All payments made to SABI TECH are for services rendered — including but not limited to discovery meetings, requirement analysis sessions, software design, development, testing, and delivery. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested and processed.

1. Consultation & Meeting Fees

SABI TECH charges a fee for professional consultation sessions, discovery workshops, and technical advisory meetings. The following terms apply:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted, as the service is considered fully delivered at the time of the meeting.
  • If you cancel a scheduled consultation session at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or a session rescheduling at no extra charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and resource allocation have already been committed.
  • In the event SABI TECH cancels or reschedules a session without adequate prior notice, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

2. Software Development Project Fees

Software development projects at SABI TECH are typically structured with milestone-based or advance payments. The following refund terms apply:

  • Before Work Commencement: If you cancel a project before any development work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment, less any consultation or scoping fees already charged.
  • Partial Completion: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Completed milestones and delivered outputs are non-refundable.
  • Completed Milestones: Payments made against completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable, as those deliverables have been provided and accepted.
  • Fully Completed Projects: Once a project has been fully delivered and handed over, the total project fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation or initiate a refund, the client must:

  • Submit a written request to info@techlogicvibe.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request – [Project/Service Name]".
  • Include the invoice number, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
  • All cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days and reviewed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card) used at the time of payment.
  • SABI TECH is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway processing timelines once the refund has been initiated from our end.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Fees for consultation/discovery sessions that have already been conducted.
  • Payments for completed and delivered software modules, features, or services.
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., cloud hosting, domain registration, API subscriptions, licensing fees).
  • Rush or priority service fees.

6. Disputes & Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with a service or disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to our Grievance Officer at info@techlogicvibe.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
